Another school district contracted with Ombudsman which is a private company based in Illinois to provide alternative education program to selected students. This is the first venture in the area to contract for alternative education services. Alternative education students usually described those who don’t perform well in traditional classroom setting. Any of these students have behavioral issues, social issues and legal issues. These students became disengaged in the learning process which makes it quite difficult for teachers to succeed in their regular teaching strategies.
