Innovative teachers at Vermont are already receiving these types of grant and financial aid to purchase classroom technology. Written proposals on how to use technology to motivate the students and how to enhance their educational experiences is a requirement to win the grant. Vermont Teacher Diversity Scholarship Program was established to recruit and train teachers from diverse backgrounds. It has a loan cancellation program that helps students of diverse backgrounds who desire to teach and agree to remain teaching at Vermont public schools for a minimum of one year. VTDSP has partnerships with local colleges and statewide educational organization. They provide rigorous academic training internship experience and mentoring from other experienced teachers. Education policies and the challenge to implement reforms to obtain real educational outcomes tackle two very sensitive issues concerning children and money. Vermont Department of Education offers a variety of programs and services to support its students, teachers and the community. The department partnered with several business entities that agreed to promote cooperative education. Cooperative education work-based learning program provides students the opportunity to job shadow, become a paid employee while learning how to apply effectively classroom theories to a structure work-based learning experience as to the processes or operations of a particular business related to his program of study. Developing the children and making change is real costly and so the state tried to cope up with the budget through partnership with a variety of public and private organizations who offers to provide support with Vermont’s educational programs. The partnership made it possible for Vermont to deliver high quality resources and opportunities to the education community. Vermont Consortium for drop out prevention was created to identify the nature of the drop out problems and to develop strategic plans to counter the conditions that contribute to it. Vermont money and education budget constraints is never a problem, partnership will do the rest of the education programs and other state initiative for the students making a good cost savings for classroom expenditures.
