Developing the children and making change is real costly and so the state tried to cope up with the budget through partnership with a variety of public and private organizations who offers to provide support with Vermont’s educational programs. The partnership made it possible for Vermont to deliver high quality resources and opportunities to the education community. Vermont Consortium for drop out prevention was created to identify the nature of the drop out problems and to develop strategic plans to counter the conditions that contribute to it.
